Can I return/cancel an order?

As all pieces are made to order, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. TEAM US SPORTS CLUB does NOT offer REFUNDS of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end we will gladly fix it for you via a CREDIT reshop!

How long does it take for orders to be shipped out?

All items are made to order and take 2-5 weeks to fulfill unless stated otherwise in the description. Updates are posted on our Instagram page regularly and also sent by email. Tracking numbers are always sent to the email provided by the customer when your order ships!

What shipping provider do you guys use?

All international and domestic orders are shipped with UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service). TEAM US SPORTS CLUB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS, THAT IS UP TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

Yes! We ship worldwide, if you aren’t able to see your country upon checkout, send us a DM or email and we’ll gladly get you set up.
